| Student applications forwarded to employers | Feb. 5, 2024 |
| Employers submit interview selections and schedules | Feb. 8, 2024 by 12 p.m. |
| Confirmation of interview schedules | Feb. 12, 2024 |
| Interview Period | Feb. 20 to Feb. 29, 2024 |
| Deadline to submit student rankings | March. 1, 2024 by 5 p.m. |
| Student matches confirmed to employers | March. 5, 2024 |
| Release of Job offers/Contracts | March 11, 2024 onwards |
| Work Terms begin (depending on contract) | May 1, 2024 |
- After interviewing selected candidates, employers submit their rankings to the Program Satff.
- Employer rankings should be submitted preferably before the end of the interview day.
- To preserve the integrity of the matching process, employers are asked not to discuss ranking decisions with the candidates, nor to make direct job offers before the results are made available to the students by the Program Administrators.
