UTM Liaison Librarians

Liaison librarians may be consulted for a range of services offered by the library to support teaching and research, including the following: research consultations for faculty; curriculum related instruction; course-customization of Blackboard "Library Resource" pages; tailored research guides for courses or programs; collection requests and suggestions; and questions or suggestions about library and information technology services. Blackboard Help

The most significant area of technology leadership is in supporting the University's learning management system, Blackboard (Portal), for which the Library provides expert assistance (visit Blackboard Help pages for help).

 

Teaching With Technology

The U of T Mississauga Library provides campus leadership for supporting, understanding and using new and emerging technologies through the identification, experimentation, research and selection of technologies and web applications. Centre for Teaching Support & Innovation (CTSI)

The Centre for Teaching Support & Innovation (CTSI) is a hub for teaching and learning at the University of Toronto. They serve instructors, graduate students and teaching assistants (through the Teaching Assistant’s Training Program – TATP), on all three campuses, providing leadership and support on all teaching related and student engagement issues.
