Support Groups

Groups are a fantastic way of learning about oneself, seeing support and building resiliency in face of the challenges life throws our way.  Groups allow you to:

  • Meet new people and connect with a new community
  • Develop new skills
  • Share your experiences in a safe and non-judgmental space
  • Get support and motivation from your peers

Each group is run by a skilled, caring and non-judgmental facilitator from the Health & Counselling Centre with experience working with students experiencing a wide range of personal challenges.
