Groups are a fantastic way of learning about oneself, seeing support and building resiliency in face of the challenges life throws our way. Groups allow you to:
- Meet new people and connect with a new community
- Develop new skills
- Share your experiences in a safe and non-judgmental space
- Get support and motivation from your peers
Each group is run by a skilled, caring and non-judgmental facilitator from the Health & Counselling Centre with experience working with students experiencing a wide range of personal challenges.
