Amanda brings to UTM fifteen years of experience in government relations and higher education administration.
After completing her BA at the University of Toronto, where she won the gold medal in Political Science, and earning a Master’s degree at the University of Alberta, Amanda worked in policy and program development in the Government of Ontario.
At the University of Toronto, Amanda served in progressively senior roles in the tri-campus Government Relations Office, most recently as Director of Operations and Chief of Staff. Now, in the Office of the Vice-President and Principal, Amanda champions UTM’s priorities; connects our community with external partners; and helps UTM embrace the power of its place as U of T for Mississauga.
