Think, Feel, Do: A CBT Group for Anxiety and Low Mood 5 Week Program using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Model (CBT) where students can build awareness about managing anxiety and low mood. Students will learn skills and strategies to challenge thinking styles that may contribute to anxiety and low mood as well as behavioural actions we can do to change our feelings. |
