What are Community Youth Mentorship programs?

The CSE's Community Youth Mentorship programs provide youth (mentees) across Peel Region with UTM role models to develop a sense of community, identity and preparedness to thrive!

UTM student mentors will be matched with mentees from underrepresented communities, providing their insight, experience and guidance through virtual programming that is delivered weekly. Mentorship programs promote the importance of staying in school and healthy relationships. Our mentors facilitate a curriculum that instills trust and self-confidence for mentees to make healthy decisions and encourages leadership and communication skills development and independent thinking.
