Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Office (EDIO)

The University of Toronto Mississauga Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Office (EDIO) provides equity and Indigenous programs and services to students, staff, faculty, and librarians at UTM. In cooperation with its campus partners, the EDIO promotes an equitable and inclusive campus community, free from discrimination or harassment.

UTM Positive Space Committee

The Positive Space Committee aims to foster a sense of community at the University of Toronto and create a safer environment for LGBTQ+ students, staff, faculty, and librarians. UTM’s Positive Space Campaign engages in tri-campus initiatives whenever possible and works in conjunction with university equity policies and offices.

UTM Indigenous Centre

The Indigenous Centre at the University of Toronto Mississauga works to support Indigenous students, staff and faculty at UTM as well as inspire future Indigenous students to a welcoming and inclusive UTM community. The Indigenous Centre works to promote equity and inclusion of Indigenous people among students, staff, faculty and throughout the campus.
