What is Rolling Orientation?

Rolling Orientation is an initiative seeking to bring UTM students a variety of Orientation programming throughout the academic year. Rolling Orientation events help students connect with their peers through virtual social events! Make friends and enjoy fun activities!

Event Description:

Join us for a fun and relaxing evening as you follow along a painting tutorial hosted a member of the UTM Art Club (@utmartclub)! This event is a great way to destress before final assignments and exams, meet new people, and make some cool art. 

Don't have art supplies? Register now and you can have materials mailed to you while supplies last! Just indicate on the registration form that you do not have the necessary art materials and we'll get in touch with you.

Dialogues Event - Frankenstein's... Monster?


Event Description:

Join us for an evening of lively discussion around the classic story of Frankenstein! This is a virtual Halloween-themed Dialogues event inviting you to meet new people and engage in a deep discussion with your peers. We’ll be talking about the character of Frankenstein, his living creation, and related philosophical topics like AI design, genetic tailoring, and what makes a monster a “monster.”

No prior knowledge about any of these topics is necessary to attend! And Halloween costumes are encouraged!!!
