Request A Project

To administrate a survey campus-wide or institution-wide you will need to obtain institutional approval by completing the UTM Request a Project webform; requests should be provided at least ten business days in advance of distribution date. For surveys only distributed to users of a specific service, no pre-approval is required.

Staff or faculty seeking project approval*, must submit the following information for review:

* Projects requiring approval are defined under the Access to University of Toronto Students Guidelines.

Requests, questions and/or concerns regarding the Assessment Protocol should be directed to the Student Experience Assessment Coordinator.
