Students Not Registered

If you or your ROP student notices they are not appearing on ROSI as being registered, contact the ROP Coordinator right away.

For all BlackBoard related matters please visit the BlackBoard website for more information.

Removing Students

If a student needs to be removed from your ROP course for whatever reason they are to get in touch with the ROP Coordinator to be removed. Steps to take:

  1. If the student is requesting to be removed they are to first get in touch with their ROP Supervisor to let them know the reasons why.  There have been cases in which a situation emerges in which they are able to continue participation but their parameters need to be changed (i.e. number of hours, or change of day, etc.).
  2. If the student and the Faculty member agree that the student should be removed, the student is to send the ROP Coordinator an email requesting removal with a brief explanation why.
