In case of an emergency — how can we reach you?

In an event of an on-campus emergency, the Office of the Registrar needs to be able to reach you and/or an emergency contact. It is critical that you provide us with the following information:

Personal contact information

  • UTORid and UTOR ( e-mail address
  • Permanent address
  • A LOCAL mailing address
  • All telephone contacts, including a cell phone number (if applicable)

Emergency contact information

  • Emergency contact information
  • Next of Kin contact information

It only takes a few minutes to update your records. Please log into your ACORN account and fill in all fields under the “Personal Information” section.
