Krishan Maisuria

Krishan Maisuria is a fourth-year undergraduate student at the University of Toronto Mississauga, specializing in Biological Anthropology with a focus on Archaeology. His research interests include material culture, microbotanical analysis, and the intersection of experimental archaeology with public education. At the RLEA, he was drawn to the lab’s innovative use of AI in phytolith imaging and its commitment to hands-on experimentation. Krishan hopes to pursue graduate studies in archaeology and is excited to contribute to interdisciplinary projects that explore human-plant relationships and ancient technologies.
