Title/Position
J.D. Candidate, Osgoode Hall Law School
B.A. Honours (High Distinction) in Political Science & History 2020

Current Position

I am currently a student at Osgoode Hall Law School pursuing a Curricular Stream in International, Comparative and Transnational Law, and aiming to participate in the International and Transnational Law Clinical Program next year to further explore my interest in these fields.

Favourite Memories at UTM

Though not restricted to political science, I had the wonderful opportunity to participate in the 2020 Jackman Scholars-in-Residence program which I would recommend everyone apply to as it was one of the highlights of my time at UTM. There, I was able to incorporate my Macedonian linguistic background in Dr. Beekhuizen's project titled "Truth Be Told" while working in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, my time with the Political Science and Pre-Law Association was extremely helpful in directing me to LSAT resources and, more broadly, allowing me to interact with the campus community. Overall, the courses I took - both in political science and history - granted me an excellent foundation from which I could begin to narrow my focus in a field I felt passionate about after graduation.
