- All permits are pro-rated according to the month purchased
- Parking permits purchased during the renewal and presale in July/August are subject to the full, September rates
- All permits purchased during the presale in July/August are valid as of September 1, 2022. Permits purchased after September 1, 2022 are valid as of the purchase date
- Rates include HST
- Lost or stolen permits will not be replaced *regardless of the circumstance*

St. George Supplementary Permits
For those who wish to purchase a St. George supplementary permit, please indicate your intention by joining the waitlist. UTM will forward your request and the St. George Parking office will then contact you to make arrangements for the St. George campus.
Staff Temporary Permits
- Are available in 30, 60 & 90 day increments, valid as of the date chosen
- Valid in lots P4 & P8
- Cost $68.43 /30 days
