2019 - 2020 Student Permit Presale Information

  • Permits are available to UTM Students only. St.George and Scarborough students are not eligible for UTM parking permits.
  • Permits are sold on a first come, first served basis, as quantities are limited. Permits will not be held.

  • Parking on campus is limited and permit availability is not guaranteed.

  • Lost or Stolen permits will not be replaced, regardless of circumstances.

The activated link for the online system will be available on the UTM Parking Homepage on Thursday August 1, 2019 @10:00am.

 Before applying online:

All UTM Students: To access the online system, students MUST be enrolled in at least one UTM course in the Fall term.

First Year Students; please ensure you attain your TCard and activate your UTORid in advance of the presale for verification.

Your UTORid may take up to 48 hours to update in the system. We advise students complete this process at least 3 days in advance of the presale date.

Do not use your UTORid to login into the Online purchasing system to purchase a permit for a friend. The Permit will not be released and the application/permit will be cancelled. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Important Information

UTM Students may purchase one (1) permit, with the option to purchase a Sheridan supplementary permit (if needed).

  • Duplicate permit purchases are prohibited.
  • Multiple permit purchases will be cancelled.
  • Any misuse of permits or multiple purchases will automatically be cancelled.

If you are unable to purchase a permit online, you may do so in person after the presale ends. Please contact us for more information.

Limit of one (1) permit purchase will be accepted per 3rd party purchaser. Permits will be held at the parking office to be picked up by the registered applicant and eligibility verified starting on Monday August 26th,  2019.

 

Permit Pickup Information:

Online permit pickup starts:

Monday August 26, 2019  @ 9:00 am

  1. Student #/UTOR credentials used to purchase a permit online MUST match the information provided at the time of pickup

  2. If the student #/UTOR credentials do not match, the parking permit will not be released and the permit order will be cancelled. No exceptions.

  3. You must have your TCard and a second piece of government issued Photo ID (i.e. Driver’s license, Health Card, Passport) in order to pickup your permit. No exceptions.

  4. No Third Party Pickups allowed. We will not accept third party authorization forms for pick-up.

As an environmently friendly campus, we encourage individuals to use alternative means of transportation whenever possible. Additionally, parking on campus is limited and not guaranteed during peak hours. Parking permit availability is not guaranteed.
