Bio

Osayuwame graduated from the University of Manitoba, where she completed a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design from the Faculty of Architecture. She specialized in Interior Environments during her undergrad; and has developed a keen interest in functional programming, retrofits, embodied carbon, space planning and optimization. She has since acquired a Certificate of Training in Advocacy and Implementation of United Nations’ SDGs, a Certificate of Completion with Better Buildings Bootcamp, and a LEED Green Associate Designation.

Experience

Currently, she is a Project Administrator with the University Planning, Design and Construction (UPDC) department at the University of Toronto. Her diversified experience in design, project coordination and finance have allowed her to successfully facilitate and process financial documents for medium to large-scale construction projects.

She is passionate about creating equal access to basic amenities that are not available to disadvantaged groups. As a result, she serves as a volunteer tutor for a charitable literacy organization. Her goal with pursuing an MSc in Sustainability Management, is to be able to merge this desire with her line of work and skillset.

Personal interests and hobbies

Enjoys 3D modelling, jewelry making, video and photo editing, entrepreneurship and financial literacy topics, fitness, listening to music and podcasts.
