Students of the Week 2

Asad ChoudhryAsad Choudhry

Asad joins MMI after working in the public sector with the Government of Canada.  He has been an active volunteer with Credit Valley Hospital as well as with several student groups at York University. 

Asad is interested in securing a consulting role post MMI where he can apply his strong problem solving skills.


Rosie GillRosie Gill

Throughout her undergraduate studies at McMaster University, Rosie was an engaged volunteer and member of several student clubs. She organized service-learning trips to Vancouver where she worked with low-income individuals to provide nutrition training.  Rosie has also worked with The Arthritis Society and SickKids to run Camp Cambria for Juvenile Arthritis patients. 

Upon graduation from the MMI program, Rosie aims to work in the biotechnology or healthcare sectors to contribute to health innovation.


Maryssa EdwardsMaryssa Edwards

Throughout her studies at Western University, Maryssa was actively involved in dementia research, volunteered in the cancer clinic, and was a valued member of hockey and flag football teams.

Maryssa aims to work with an organization that is dedicated to improving women’s health or the quality of life of our aging population.
