Maraj Mangal

Maraj Mangal

Maraj recently graduated from the University of Toronto. His peers describe him as positive and highly motivated.   He is an avid practitioner of Taekwon-Do and has taught the martial art for nearly a decade. His various professional and extra curricular experiences have allowed him to develop strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Maraj joins the MMI program with the hope of bridging the gap between business and science and is interested in securing a position in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.

Hyue Min (Jennifer) Kang

Jennifer is a graduate of Western University.  During her studies, she was highly involved in extracurricular activities including the Leadership and Academic Mentorship Program and Orientation Week. These experiences, combined with her laboratory research positions, have given her strong communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Upon graduation, Jennifer hopes to work in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries where she can combine her analytical and technical background with her newly gained business acumen.


Jasmeen Guraya

Jasmeen Guraya

 

During her undergraduate studies at McMaster University, Jasmeen was actively involved in extracurriculars and clinical research. In an effort to raise funds for dialysis patients and raise awareness on the issue of organ donor shortage, she founded an organization connecting student volunteers to members of the Kidney Foundation of Canada.

Jasmeen hopes that after MMI, she will be able to merge her technical knowledge with her interpersonal skills and love for public speaking to take on a project management role within the healthcare sector.
