Short Bio:

Jeffrey Graham, B.Comm., B.C.L./LL.B., LL.M. is currently Senior Vice President and Global Head of Legal and Compliance for a Toronto based solar energy company focused on emerging markets globally.  Previously Jeffrey was a Senior Partner practicing in the Toronto Office of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP (BLG) and  the National Leader of the firm’s Life Sciences Focus Group. In that capacity he provided regulatory and transactional advice to healthcare corporations and investors in financing and licensing transactions and in respect of regulatory compliance and corporate law matters.  Jeff also provided strategic public policy advice to health sector participants, federally and provincially. He holds B.Comm. and B.C.L./LL.B. degrees from McGill University, and graduate degrees in international legal studies from Cambridge and Columbia universities. Jeff is a member of the Bars of D.C. and Ontario.

Overview of the regulatory framework for the commercialization of medical products in Canada.  Includes information on key regulatory requirements for manufacturing, advertising and selling drugs, medical devices, biological products and natural health products.
