PSDP Training Modules
University of Toronto Mississauga Management (UTMM) offers unique non-credit professional development opportunities in the form of training modules exclusive to in-program (second year and up) Commerce and Management students. Each of these training modules consists of required workshops, practical, and assessment components.

PDLC Career Certificate
The PDLC Career Certificate prepares Commerce and Management students to stand out in a competitive job market through an array of tools related to job search and networking. Students attend workshops to build their resume and cover letter, develop effective interview and networking skills. Students also explore unique career paths and learn about equity standards in the workplace.
Facilitators: Professional Development & Learning Centre (PDLC) Team
Completion Incentive: As a special bonus for successful completion of the full PDLC Career Certificate, students will also receive a U of T branded keepsake. Once the yearly limit has been met, this offer will expire.

Finance Certificate
The UTMM Finance Certificate prepares Commerce and Management for professional designation exams in the field. Students attend workshops and complete a mock exam and debrief as part of the practical and assessment component.
