Fall 2020 In-Person IT Support

Service Applies To: 

To best support onsite students, staff and faculty, we have developed a new process that will make getting in-person support straightforward and timely. Our in-person support will be in the following locations:

HSC 175 - For staff and faculty support
UTM Service Desk - For student support

Please follow the below process for booking in-person support.

Booked Walk-Up Support for Staff and Faculty

  1. For all IT issues, start with visiting the I&ITS Service Portal to create a ticket. Many issues can be resolved remotely and will triage the ticket before booking in-person support.
  2. Go to the I&ITS MS Bookings page.
  3. Select Staff/Faculty Walk-Up Appointment.
  4. Select your preferred date and time.
  5. Fill out the required fields; name, email, phone number, and the ticket number.
  6. Click the Book button. You will receive an email confirming the date and time you have selected, as well as the location, which is HSC 175. No further action is required.
