Getting help from Information & Instructional Technology Services (I&ITS) is now easier than ever before.

As part of I&ITS’ mandate to improve continuously, our service portal has been revamped to make it more client-friendly. In addition to the services you’ve come to rely on, new features like “Ask a Question” and “Request a Consultation” have been introduced. Gone is the catch-all "Get Help" category you would have used in the past to submit a general ticket. Instead, we’ve grouped the most commonly requested items so your issue reaches the right expert in record time. The result? Faster, streamlined service at your fingertips.
