We are LIVE!  The new IT Service Request and Incident tracking platform is officially launched!   All IT support tickets will be handled through the new ServiceNow ticketing system including a new community portal from which all staff and faculty can notify I&ITS of problems and/or request services. Please note: Email notifications from the new ServiceNow software will look different from our old ticket system.  Please ensure you scroll down to view all of the content of your email message regarding your ticket status.
