Rachna has 12+ years of experience as an educator and in senior leadership roles in private and public sectors. With a Bachelor of Arts in World Religions from McGill University, a Bachelor of Education from York University and four additional Mindfulness certificates, Rachna is a passionate, curious, learner.
Committed to helping others integrate practical applications of mindfulness into their personal and professional lives, Rachna teaches workshops on mindfulness and resiliency for the Provincial Government, is the Mindfulness and Teams course instructor at the University of Toronto’s School of Continuing Studies and volunteers as a meditation instructor.
A Mental Health Program Consultant, Rachna has completed the Mental Health First Aid certificate from the Mental Health Commission of Canada and the Workplace Mental Health Leadership certificate from Queen’s University. An advocate for creating cultures of care and wellbeing within organizations, Rachna supports senior leaders on the development and implementation of mental health programming in the workplace. With over 60 published articles on mindful living, Rachna aspires to inspire others to “connect with their calm,” experience more joy in the present moment and tap into their limitless potential.
