The ICCIT is Hiring a Professor in Organizational Studies

The Institute of Communication, Culture, Information and Technology (ICCIT) at the University of Toronto Mississauga (UTM) invites applications for a full-time tenure stream position in Organizational Studies. The appointment will be at the rank of Associate Professor or Full Professor, with an anticipated start date of July 1, 2026.

We are interested in scholars who engage in research on organizational design in platform-oriented organizations; leadership and strategic change; ethical and values-centered management; or decision-making in digitally driven environments. We are particularly interested in scholars who embrace a technology-in-society approach to organizational studies and whose research and teaching interests complement and enhance our existing departmental strengths.
