Marc Nashaat

Marc Nashaat graduated with honors in 2012 through the Digital Enterprise Management specialist program offered through ICCIT. He was awarded the Randeep Grewal Memorial Scholarship and was selected as 1 of 2 students at UTM to take part in 'The Next 36' Student Recruitment Ceremony hosted by UofT President, David Naylor and Next 36 founder, Reza Satchu.
 
The DEM program prepared Marc to face the challenges and evolving landscapes of the digital industry. Through courses focused on development, web design, marketing, statistics, economics, management, and the internet of things, Marc found his passion for search marketing.
 
It is through the DEM program that he met his current employer, Dev Basu, CEO and Founder of Powered by Search. Marc quickly grew in his role as a senior consultant on the Enterprise SEO team. He later advanced to become the Digital PR Manager for the firm, driving digital marketing strategies for brands like FedEx, Public Storage and belairdirect.
 
Marc has since gone on to start his own firm, providing Inbound Marketing services to mid and enterprise size clients.
