UTM Residence Virtual Open House

Welcome to our Virtual Residence Open House! Although we were not able to welcome you all to come visit us in-person, we hope you can learn a little more about us through this virtual experience. 

If you have any questions or concerns, we have staff on our LiveChat Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST to assist you. Please feel free to chat with us if you want any additional information about UTM Residence. UTM Residence Webinars: Join us for a webinar to learn more about how to apply to UTM residence, what we have to offer, residence styles, and the benefits of living in residence. We will also provide a Q&A session at the very end!

Want to book a virtual tour? Email our Residence Services Desk (resdesk.utm@utoronto.ca) today to schedule yours! We offer tours Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Please keep in-mind we do not offer in-person tours at this time. 

Want to apply? Here are some steps!

1. Complete Step 1 of the StarRez Application. Step 1 must be completed by March 31st.

2. Receive and accept your offer of admission to the University of Toronto

3. Complete Step 2 of the StarRez Application and pay the $350 application fee by June 10th, 2020. You may rank your preference in housing styles here. Curious about what those styles are? Find out more here.
