Mystery Shopper Program
This program is designed to ensure that the best customer service is provided to residents and the surrounding community. A select group of Mystery Shoppers will be appointed for the academic year to help in the evaluation of the Residence Services Assistants and services provided at the Residence Services Desk. To apply, please complete the form below by November 1st, 2019 at noon. Successful candidates will be contacted via email and will receive payment upon full completion of tasks.
Student Housing & Residence Life is seeking out a diverse group of students from different areas of study to aid in this process. Preference is given to those that currently live on campus. The time commitments for each evaluator can range from 3 hours to 5 hours, including the completion time of the evaluation on the assigned RSA.
Evaluators must be available between November 11th to November 15th for an hour long training session. The specific date and time will be shared with successful candidates while accommodating their academic schedules.

Members of the RSA team will have an evaluator(s) assigned to them. The evaluator will be instructed to interact with that person at the desk during business hours: Monday to Friday from 9 a.m.-12 a.m., and on weekends from 9 a.m.–9 p.m.
An online form with a website link will be provided to each evaluator to complete after their interactions with the RSA has taken place. If you are unsuccessful interacting with the assigned RSA member, second and third attempts can be made during the week.
A total number of seven (7) evaluators are needed. The week(s) of evaluations will be communicated to successful candidates selected to be evaluators. Each evaluator will be given a $50 Visa gift card, provided they have successfully completed all aspects of their task.
