Summer housing placements will be made based on the following variables:

  1. Your application date

  2. Your current area of residence

  3. The summer term you are applying for

  4. Your roommate preference

This summer, undergraduate students will reside in Roy Ivor Hall. ACE@UTM students will be automatically placed in Oscar Peterson Hall.

Graduate and Medical students will reside in Schreiberwood townhouse bachelor units. Current tenants will remain in their current unit unless requested otherwise. New applicants will be assigned based on availability.
