In order to be considered for a room in our student residences, please complete the housing application process by visiting http://residence.utoronto.ca

Please login with your UTORid and password. Once you have logged in, please complete the UTM Graduate and Medical Application on StarRez.

Please do not fill in the incorrect housing application as applications may be delayed or cancelled. All UTM applications have UTM in the title. If it does not have UTM in the title, it is not a UTM application.
 

Housing Application Deadlines

For Current Residents:
The Graduate & Medical Application opens May 8, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. (EST). If you are looking to sign a new occupancy agreement for the 2023-2024 term, you will still be required to complete your housing application before 5:00 p.m. (EST) May 26, 2023.

For New Applicants:
The Graduate & Medical Application opens May 8, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. (EST). To be considered for housing in the upcoming 2023-2024 term the housing application must be completed before 5:00 p.m. (EST) on June 12, 2023.

Eligibility

In order to be considered for residence in medical housing, the applicant must be:

  • Full-time student at the Mississauga Academy of Medicine (MAM), Biomedical Communication (BMC) or Masters of Occupational Therapy (MScOT) programs at the University of Toronto

  • The applicant must remain as a full-time student in a degree-granting program at the University of Toronto (3.0 credits or more in the current session) and

  • Must remain in Good Academic Standing as defined in the University of Toronto Mississauga Academic Calendar with a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 1.50 or more.

In order to be considered for residence in graduate housing, the applicant must be:

  • Registered with the University in a graduate program or be an undergraduate student who is 21 years of age, or older, who is registered with the University as a mature student.

  • The applicant must remain as a full-time student in a degree-granting program at the University of Toronto (3.0 credits or more in the current session) and

  • Must remain in Good Academic Standing as defined in the University of Toronto Mississauga Academic Calendar with a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 1.50 or more.
