Vegetarian & Vegan
Our menus include a variety of healthy vegetarian and vegan recipes featuring a balance of Canadian and international foods and flavours. The recipes are clearly labelled and identified using our menu icons. Recipes tagged vegetarian are lacto-ovo vegetarian, which contain no meat or fish, but include eggs, milk, dairy, and honey. Vegan options are made from only plant-based ingredients (no eggs, milk, dairy, honey, or any other animal-derived ingredient).
