Our sustainable seafood options are made with seafood ingredients that are third party certified as sustainably sourced by Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) or Ocean Wise (OW) for wild seafood, and Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) or Best Aquaculture Practices (BAP 1, 2, 3, or 4 stars) certified for farmed seafood
Plant powered not necessarily vegetarian or vegan and can include small amounts of animal protein (< 60g). Our Plant Powered menu initiative was launched to promote plant forward eating through its eye-catching branding. We have created over 400 recipes for our signature stations including breakfast, entrée and salad bowls, burgers, sandwiches, pizzas, salads, and desserts that feature healthy plants as main ingredients and sometimes include a small amount of animal protein for extra flavour.
