In October of 2018, a profile on Assistant Professor Nicole Charles was shared and she was quoted as saying about her research that she, "chose Barbados as a field site because it was the most recent country to introduce the vaccine...I was able to look at the ways that suspicion travels through the past to the present."

In January of 2019, a profile of Assistant Professor Jordache Ellapen was shared. His research focuses on the relationship between political culture and cultural politics in South Africa both during and after apartheid, which ended in 1994.

Just recently, in March 2019, a profile of Assistant Professor Luther Obrock was shared. He has mastered Sanskrit, Hindi, Urdu, and Persian - he says this about Sanskrit: "Sanskrit is to Hinduism like latin is to medieval Christianity. It was the language of elite discourse.
