Department of Historical Studies Postdoctoral Fellow, Lucas Wilson, Finalist for SSHRC's Talent Award

The Department of Historical Studies is thrilled to share that our Postdoctoral Fellow, Lucas Wilson, was selected as one of twelve finalists for this year’s SSHRC Impact Awards! Wilson is a top three finalist for the Talent Award, which "recognizes outstanding achievement by an individual who maintains academic excellence, has a talent for research and knowledge mobilization, and has demonstrated clear potential to be a future leader within and/or outside the academic sector" (Government of Canada, 2025).
