Kimberly's Kitchen: Learn to Make Three Sister's Soup

What is better than a delicious, hot soup on a chilly Fall afternoon? 

Join us for our next Kimberly’s Kitchen session in which UTM Dietitian, Kimberly Green will be teaming up with Jordan Carrier from the UTM Indigenous Centre to cook up Three Sister's Soup, consisting of corn, beans and squash which are traditional foods in Haudenosaunee culture. This recipe was featured by Grandmother Bertha Skye and won the gold medal at the World Culinary Olympic in Germany in 1992.
