Each session features a new recipe, step-by-step instructions, and exciting guests who will share their culinary skills and experiences. Participants are encouraged to cook along during the session (if possible, but not mandatory), and ask questions as we go! Let's get cooking, UTM!

What is better than a delicious, hot soup on a chilly Fall afternoon? 

Join us for our next Kimberly’s Kitchen session in which UTM Dietitian, Kimberly Green will be teaming up with Jordan Carrier from the UTM Indigenous Centre to cook up Three Sister's Soup, consisting of corn, beans and squash which are traditional foods in Haudenosaunee culture. This recipe was featured by Grandmother Bertha Skye and won the gold medal at the World Culinary Olympic in Germany in 1992.
