Wellness at Home is an online initiative featuring daily opportunities for wellness such as workshops, activities, resources and more. Brought to you by the University of Toronto Mississauga: Health & Counselling Centre (HCC). Open to all UofT students.

Weekly Schedule

Mindful Mondays 

Start your week off by taking time to be in the present moment and becoming aligned with your goals for the days ahead.

Our daily Mindfulness Meditation classes are led by HCC Counselling Staff and require no experience to participate!

Also, get inspired weekly with #DEARUTM (Drop Everything And Relax), which highlights a different media resource weekly (e.g., books, podcasts, videos and more) on our Instagram page to help you start your week mindfully.

Snack Attack: Let's Make Guacamole/Salsa Together!

Tired of the same old snacks? Join us in making fun and delicious new snacks to add to your cooking repertoire. Follow along with us and try your hand at making fresh guacamole and/or mango salsa, or just watch along for the fun and save the recipes to make at a later date! All you need: 1-2 avocado, a red onion, fresh cilantro, a lime, a red pepper, ripe mango or ripe tomato (jalapeno optional).
