Wellness at Home is an online initiative featuring daily opportunities for wellness such as workshops, activities, resources and more. Brought to you by the University of Toronto Mississauga: Health & Counselling Centre (HCC). Open to all UofT students.

Mindful Mondays 

Start your week off by taking time to be in the present moment and becoming aligned with your goals for the days ahead.

Our daily Mindfulness Meditation classes are led by HCC Counselling Staff and require no experience to participate!

Also, get inspired weekly with #DEARUTM (Drop Everything And Relax), which highlights a different media resource weekly (e.g., books, podcasts, videos and more) on our Instagram page to help you start your week mindfully.

Art for the Heart | 4 Week Series 

Thursdays | Jul 8 - 29 or Aug 5 - 26, 1 - 2:30 pm

Looking for a creative way to enhance your self-care routine? Join us for “Art for the Heart”, a 4-week series where participants will meet once a week in a small group to draw, paint and find unique and artistic ways to practice self-care and express themselves. "Art for the Heart" sessions will be facilitated by two students from the Toronto ArtTherapy Institute with support from an HCC Counsellor. 
This program is open to UofT students who are currently residing in Ontario. Spots are limited. Given the developing nature of the sessions, participants are asked to plan ahead to attend all 4 sessions prior to registering.
