Have you ever tried to build a new healthy habit? Perhaps you've tried to drink more water, or get outside more often. While we may be aware of what do to to be healthy, without support and effective strategies, we may struggle to make these habits last.

Wellness 101: Supporting the Mental Health of 2SLGBTQ+ Community

Taking care of our mental health is important for all!
Join the Lead Nurse of the UTM Health & Counselling Centre for a critical discussion, rooted in the history of how 2SLGBTQ+ individuals and mental health pathology are connected. During this session, you will learn about history and analyze how mental health is impacted.
We offer a safe space to explore ideas and thoughts about how identities and lives of 2SLGBTQ+ individuals are often socially constructed.
