Join us for the #UTMWellnessChallenge!
From July 6-31, we are challenging the UTM community to accomplish a different wellness activity each day, to support you in building healthy habits into your daily routine. Whether it's going for a brisk walk outside or talking a few minutes to practice mindfulness, these small but meaningful practices can have substantial, positive impacts to your overall health and wellbeing.
