Time to put your wellness first! 

Join us for the #GradSelfCareChallenge. 

 

Taking care of ourselves is so important! We invite you to join us for the 10 Day Self-Care Challenge (see details below). Best part: all strategies are carefully crafted for grad students, by grad students! The Challenge will run from June 20 - 30, and highlight the many ways to embed creative and intentional self-care strategies into your daily routine. 

To join, simply tune in daily at @utmhccwellness account on Instagram to stay up-to-date on the challenge. Each day, we will feature an Instagram Story highlighting a self-care activity submitted by a grad student and how the activity specifically supported their wellness goals. 

You can participate by following along, tagging/sharing the challenge with your friends & networks and/or letting us know how you are crushing each of these awesome self-care challenges.
