If you are unable to attend any scheduled appointment we ask that you phone the Centre to cancel the appointment as soon as possible. This allows us to make the time available to other students.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment or to provide sufficient notice of a cancellation will result in a personal fine ranging between $40 and $100 depending upon the type of appointment.
Cancellation of a regular 15 minute medical/doctors appointment requires at least 4 hours notice. Failure to give proper notification will result in a charge of $40 to you.
Cancellation of a 30+ minute medical/doctors appointment requires at least 24 hours notice. Failure to give proper notification will result in a charge of $60 to you.
Cancellation of a personal counselling or dietitian appointment requires at least 24 hours notice (excluding weekends and holidays). Failure to give proper notification will result in a charge of $60 to you.
Cancellation of a psychiatric appointment requires at least 24 hours notice (excluding weekends and holidays). Failure to give proper notification will result in a charge of $100 to you.

- Explanation or reason for appeal request
- Your full name & student number
Your email will be sent to the proper personnel for processing. Please allow 5-7 days for a response.
