Learn to slow down from the busy pace of University and life!

This summer, join us for Mindfulness & Movement sessions โ€” a refreshing way to ground yourself, boost your well-being, and enjoy the beauty of the UTM campus.

Starting June 1, the HCC and the RAWC are excited to launch our Mindfulness & Movement Summer Series. Together, weโ€™ll expand our mindfulness practice beyond seated meditation and head outdoors for a guided walk designed to help you reconnect with your body, your surroundings, and your community.

Meet us at 1:30 PM at the Wellness Den in the Student Hub. Weโ€™ll return by 2:00 PM.

No experience needed โ€” everyone is welcome, and drop-ins are encouraged.

We canโ€™t wait to walk with you.

Lower Stress. Improve Mood. Feel Better.

Need a little encouragement?  Sign-up for our Weekly Mindful Reminder here.
