Governing Council

  • 1 Administrative Staff seat (includes Librarians)
  • 8 Student seats (UTM Consituency I: 1 of 4 full-time undergraduate, 2 part-time undergraduate, 2 graduate)
  • 4 Teaching Staff seats (none for UTM in 2019)

Academic Board

  • Administrative Staff seats - none for 2019
  • Student seats - none for 2019
  • 16 Teaching Staff seats (1 for UTM)

UTM Campus Council

  • Administrative Staff seats - none for 2019
  • 4 Student seats (2 full-time undergraduate, 1 part-time undergraduate, 1 graduate)
  • 1 Teaching Staff seat (cannot be from Biology, Geography, Language Studies or Psychology)
