Students, ambassadors, and alumni

Are you a current UTM student? Are you passionate about your campus or program of study and want to share your story with future students? If so, you should become a Tour Ambassador!

The Office of Student Recruitment & Admissions is looking for volunteers to support us through various activities including specialized on-campus events, regular and private campus tours, and unique projects throughout the year, including photoshoots for U of T publications!

Volunteer opportunities are only available for current UTM students and are not available to the general public.

Why Volunteer?

Volunteering can provide you with the opportunity to meet new people, make new friends, and engage with the larger U of T community. Our events are a fun and interactive way to connect with those that are considering their future at UTM. This will involve sharing your personal experiences through meaningful interactions with our guests, all while developing new transferable skills, including leadership and public speaking. 

What is my Commitment?

Our team depends on volunteers to assist us with our events and tasks both big and small. Once you have committed to becoming a Tour Ambassador, we ask that you maintain the commitment for a minimum of four months (one academic term). The time commitment could range from 1-2 hours per month to several hours for our major weekend events. We fully support your academics and are willing to work around your schedule.
