Every fall, we open our doors to give future students, their parents, teachers, and guidance counselors the opportunity to explore our campus and learn more about one of the world’s top universities.

Event Highlights

Directions & Parking

  • Parking will be available on campus for FREE!
  • Visit our Directions & Parking page for directions to campus via car or transit, a campus map, and more parking information.
  • Directional event signs and volunteers will be around campus to help you find your way as you get closer to campus.

VisitCampus, Residence, and Lab Tours

  • Guided Campus Tours
    Explore the different buildings and state-of-the-art student facilities, check out various student hangouts, and take in the beautiful scenery.
  • Residence-only Tours
    Learn about UTM’s diverse range of housing options, with more than 1,500 spaces of traditional-style rooms, apartments and town houses.
  • Anthropology Lab
    Take a glimpse into the past! Visit the Anthropology lab to learn about the study of humankind from its beginnings to the present day.
  • Biology Lab
    If Biology is your domain, check out our labs! Biology students take lab courses in different areas to learn about techniques and experimental design.
  • Chemistry, Physics & Earth Sciences Labs
    Visit our Chemistry, Physics & Earth Sciences labs to check out the state-of-the-art technology and instruments used by our students!
  • Erindale Studio Theatre & Deerfield Rehearsal Spaces
    To be or not to be? Take the stage at Erindale Studio Theatre where professional-quality theatrical performances are held, and visit the rehearsal spaces where our Theatre & Drama Students prepare for these shows!
  • Forensic Science Crime Scene House
    Calling all CSI fans! Our Crime Scene House allows our students to investigate simulated crime scenes in a realistic setting. (Due to limited space, this tour is only open to prospective students.)
  • Psychology Lab Demo
    Dr. Jeff Graham will show you how to train Sniffy the Rat to work for cheese, explore a dream analysis technique, and find out if you have an unconscious bias to see women at home and men at work.
  • Recreation, Athletics and Wellness Centre (RAWC)
    Get fit! UTM’s athletic facilities include an eight-lane swimming pool, an Olympic weight-lifting room, and a teaching studio.

  • Meet the Principal and the Vice-Principal
    Ulli Krull, Vice-President, U of T & Principal, UTM; and Amrita Daniere, Vice-Principal Academic and Dean, UTM will be in the Innovation Complex Rotunda from 12:00pm – 3:00pm. You and your family are encouraged to stop by and say hello.  
  • #UTM50
    Join us in our celebration of the University of Toronto Mississauga’s 50th anniversary! Visit us in the Innovation Complex Rotunda from 11:00 am – 4:00 pm to take fun pictures at our photo booth and grab some tasty treats. Share your photo booth pics on Twitter or Instagram using #UofTFCD.
  • Fill out your ballot and win!
    Fill out the info card found in your UTM tote bag and drop it off at one of our ASKme Booths for a chance to WIN one of two $50 UTM Bookstore gift cards! The winners will be contacted soon - don’t miss out!
  • All the world’s a stage!
    Our Theatre & Drama students are dressed up in costume and performing fencing demonstrations around campus. Keep an eye out for them!
