Every fall, we open our doors to give future students, their parents, teachers, and guidance counselors the opportunity to explore our campus and learn more about one of the world’s top universities.

Directions & Parking

Please note: The Gardiner Expressway will be closed October 26 at 11pm until October 29 at 5am for maintenance and improvements. Please use alternative routes and plan accordingly. Learn more.

  • Parking will be available on campus for FREE!
  • Visit our Directions & Parking page for directions to campus via car or transit, a campus map, and more parking information.
  • Directional event signs and volunteers will be around campus to help you find your way as you get closer to campus.

Fall Campus Day

IconCampus, Residence, and Lab Tours

  • Guided Campus Tours
    Explore the different buildings and state-of-the-art student facilities, check out various student hangouts, and take in the beautiful scenery.
  • Residence-only Tours
    Learn about UTM’s diverse range of housing options, with more than 1,500 spaces of traditional-style rooms, apartments and town houses.
  • Anthropology Lab
    Take a glimpse into the past! Visit the Anthropology lab to learn about the study of humankind from its beginnings to the present day.
  • Chemistry, Physics & Earth Sciences Labs
    Visit our Chemistry, Physics & Earth Sciences labs to check out the state-of-the-art technology and instruments used by our students!
    Please note: The printed program will incorrectly show these beginning at 12:15pm. This is a typo. Tours will begin at 12:45pm from each respective location.
  • Erindale Studio Theatre & Deerfield Rehearsal Spaces
    Take the stage at Erindale Studio Theatre where professional-quality theatrical performances are held, and visit our rehearsal spaces!
  • Forensic Science Crime Scene House
    Calling all CSI fans! Our Crime Scene House allows our students to investigate simulated crime scenes in a realistic setting. (Due to limited space, this tour is only open to prospective students.)
  • ICUBE & Li Koon Chun Finance Learning Centre
    Interested in business? Visit ICUBE, the business accelerator at the Institute for Management & Innovation, and the Li Koon Chun Finance Learning Centre.
  • Psychology Lab Demo
    Dr. Jeff Graham will show you how to train Sniffy the Rat to work for cheese, explore a dream analysis technique, and find out if you have an unconscious bias to see women at home and men at work.
  • Recreation, Athletics and Wellness Centre (RAWC)
    Get fit! UTM’s athletic facilities include an eight-lane swimming pool, an Olympic weight-lifting room, and a teaching studio.

  • Bookstore Pop-up Shop
    Pick up some U of T swag at the UTM Bookstore Pop-up Shop located the Kaneff Centre. Remember to use the 10% off coupon in your bag!
  • #MyUTM Student Stories
    14,000 students call us home. Visit the Kaneff Centre to read the unique stories shared by our students through #MyUTM, and contribute your own UTM experience!
  • Life at UTM
    Drop by our mini student clubs fair in the Student Centre to get a taste of the different ways you can get involved as a UTM student! Clubs at the fair include: Creatives For a ChangeDECA UTMErindale Punjabi Association, UTM Model United NationsZero Waste UTM, and more!
