A few notes

University of Toronto Mississauga Alumni

Students beginning a second degree at U of T Mississauga are normally exempted from the first year of the degree requirements by being granted 5.0 credits, 4.0 at the 100 level and 1.0 at the 200 level, regardless of the number of previous degrees held.

University of Toronto Alumni

If you have already completed another U of T undergraduate degree, you may complete a second undergraduate degree at U of T Mississauga provided that the second degree is different than your former. For example, if you completed an H.B.A. at the Faculty of Arts & Science, you may not complete a second H.B.A. at U of T Mississauga.

Application Policies

  • Non-U of T alumni may apply to take a similar degree, but must do so in a different area of study. Please contact us if you have questions about whether the area of study you have studied in is different enough from what you intend on applying to.
  • Students who have a degree with a Major/Specialist (or equivalent) in either Commerce, Management, or Economics cannot do a B.Com. or a B.B.A. as a second degree. This is due to the extensive overlap of courses in these degree programs.
