Outreach Volunteer Application

Applications for the 2019-2020 outreach season have been extended until March 31, 2020.



  1. Submitting this form indicates an application to become an Outreach Program Volunteer, it does not guarantee participation
  2. After the application closing date, check your utoronto email address for an email from the Communications Coordinator confirming your successful application.  If you do not receive a confirmation email from the Communications Coordinator then your application was not successful.
  3. No reminder email will be sent. It is your responsibility to apply before the closing date.
  4. Priority will be given to upper year students who have successfully completed one of the Forensic Identification courses 300, 301, or 302.
  5. Once selected, outreach training will be mandatory. Submission of this form is a commitment to the program. If you cannot guarantee commitment to the program, please reconsider your application.
