Forensic Science Undergraduate Appointment Request

IMPORTANT:Appointment times ONLY run at the scheduled selection times. If your appointment does NOT match your request, contact immediately.

Appointment slots fill up fast. You may be expected to wait as long as two weeks for a time slot.

  1. Submitting this form indicates a request for an Undergraduate Advising Appointment with the Undergraduate Administrator, it does not guarantee the booking
  2. Check your utoronto email address for an email from the Communications Coordinator confirming your appointment details.  If you do not receive a confirmation email from the Communications Coordinator then your appointment has not been booked.
  3. No reminder email will be sent. It is your responsibility to arrive at your given time.
  4. Students who arrive more than 10 minutes late will forfeit their appointment time.
  5. Emergencies may arise which may affect scheduled appointments.  Please note that available advising hours can change without prior notice.  We will do our best to contact you if an appointment booking must be cancelled or rescheduled.

Academic counselling and advising will only be held:


  • 1:30pm-2:30pm
  • 2:30pm-3:30pm
  • 3:30pm-4:30pm 


  •   9:30am-10:30am
  • 10:30am-11:30am
  • 11:30am-12:30pm

The average appointment time can range between 30 and 45 minutes, depending on the nature and number of concerns.
