Talent & Co-op Discovery Fair Page Banner

An early-connection fair designed to help employers build future talent.

Why Attend?

Early connection leads to stronger hires.

Participating in the Talent & Co-op Discovery Fair allows employers to connect with students before formal recruitment begins, helping you build awareness and interest in your organization early.

  • Meet students before the co-op hiring rush begins
  • Share insights about your industry and the skills you value
  • Build early brand awareness with emerging talent
  • Strengthen your future co-op pipeline
  • Engage in meaningful conversations rather than rushed recruitment interactions

This event is designed for exploration and connection; first- and second-year students can learn about future opportunities with your organizations, while third-year students are ready to jump into the workforce.

Who You'll Meet

You’ll connect with a diverse group of first-, second-, and third-year students who are:

  • Curious about different industries and career paths
  • Interested in learning about workplace skills and expectations
  • Beginning to explore potential co-op opportunities
  • Looking to connect with organizations before recruitment cycles begin

These conversations often become the first step toward future co-op placements and partnerships.

What to Expect

The event will be hosted in a booth-style format, allowing employers to engage in casual, informative conversations with students throughout the day.

Employers are welcome to arrive early for setup.
