EDSS has won UTSMU's Society of the Year Award
The UTM English and Drama Student Society (UTM EDSS) is honoured to have received the Society of the Year Award for the 2024-2025 academic year. This award is awarded to the academic society that hosted engaging events aimed to support student growth and better student life.
This award is only awarded to one academic society out of the 17 and we are very proud and privileged to have received it this year!
This year we hosted over 21 events focusing on the various program areas of our department and we couldn’t have done it without the support of all of you! We would like to extend our deepest appreciation to the faculty and staff for their constant support, our esteemed guests who helped host some of our amazing workshops, and of course to all the students for showing up and attending events!
We cannot wait to host more events next year and once again thank you all for such an amazing year
